What to include

The more the contractor knows before they call, the better the first conversation. A few lines is enough:

• Your suburb. Enquiries are passed to contractors by area.
• The property: house on a large stand, townhouse, smallholding, business or estate.
• What you need: a new borehole, a pump installed or repaired, a water tank, maintenance, or a commercial supply.
• For a repair: whether there is power at the pump, whether the tank is empty or full, and when it last worked.
• Anything about access or rules: a narrow gate, an estate or body corporate, or a spot the rig may not reach.

What happens next

We pass your enquiry to a vetted, consenting borehole contractor who covers your suburb and does that kind of work. The contractor contacts you directly, asks any questions, arranges a site visit where one is needed, and quotes you directly. You decide whether to go ahead.

We do not do the work and we do not set the price. If we cannot find a contractor who covers your suburb, we will tell you.

Urgent problems

If you have no water at all, or a pump that trips the power, say so in the message and note what you have already checked. A few precise lines save a wasted first visit. We pass urgent enquiries on with the same priority the contractor sets for them; we do not promise a response time we cannot control.
